Gracemere Shoppingworld has a number of parking services to assist you while shopping at our centre.
Parents with Prams
Extra wide parking for those visitors with small children in prams. Located close to all main centre entrances as well as the undercover parking area.
Wheelchair Accessible Parking
Gracemere Shoppingworld has wheelchair accessible parking, located close to all entrances for ease of access to and from the Centre. These are wider spaces, making it easier for patrons to get in and out of their vehicle.

Gracemere Shoppingworld Pty Ltd – CAR PARK CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
PRIVACY NOTICE
This Car Park is monitored by closed circuit television (CCTV) and other surveillance systems for safety, security, incident management and enforcement of these Car Park Conditions. By entering Gracemere Shoppingworld Pty Ltd (Centre) Car Park, you acknowledge that personal information (including images of you and your vehicle) may be collected, used and disclosed by the Owner in accordance with the Owner’s Privacy Statement, available at www.gracemereshoppingworld.

By entering and remaining in this Car Park, you agree to be bound by the following Car Park Conditions of Entry and acknowledge that any towing warning signage forms part of the terms on which parking is permitted.
If you do not accept these Car Park Conditions of Entry, you must immediately leave the Car Park.
Acceptance of Conditions of Entry:
1. You enter and use the Car Park entirely at your own risk.
Parking requirements and controls:
2. You may only park your Vehicle in designated spaces in the Car Park.
3. You must ensure your Vehicle is securely locked at all times.
4. You must park wholly within the marked boundaries of a parking space and must not obstruct the entry or exit of any other Vehicle or any roadway, accessway or pedestrian area.
5. You must not use bays reserved for particular users (including emergency Vehicles, disabled permit holders, parents with prams or electric vehicle charging) unless you are authorised and display any required valid permit.
Compliance with directions, signs and controls:
6. While in the Car Park you must comply with:
(a) all signs displayed in the Car Park;
(b) all reasonable directions or instructions given by the Owner or any person authorised by the Owner; and
(c) any access or usage controls from time to time, including boom gates, bollards, gates or barricades.
Hours of Operation:
7. You may have access to or remove a Vehicle from the Car Park only during the permitted hours Mon to Fri 8am to 9pm, Sat 8am to 6pm, Sun 9am to 6pm. Car Park and on the website from time to time.
8. The Owner is not responsible for and accepts no liability if you are unable to access or remove your Vehicle outside the displayed operating hours.
Vehicle standards and prohibited conduct:
9. Vehicles must comply with all posted height, weight, clearance and load restrictions.
10. You must not:
(a) exceed posted speed limits;
(b) carry out repairs, washing or maintenance of Vehicles;
(c) decant fuel or hazardous substances;
(d) sleep, camp or loiter in the Car Park;
(e) use the Car Park for commercial activities, ride‑share marshalling or solicitation without the Owner’s consent; or
(f) use the Car Park for any unlawful purpose.
Refusal or termination of parking:
11. The Owner may refuse entry to, or require the removal of, any Vehicle or person from the Car Park at any time.
12. Except in an emergency, the Owner will allow a reasonable time, having regard to the circumstances, for the Vehicle to be removed.
Our rights in relation to your vehicle:
13. The Owner may, at your risk and cost, enter, move, drive, relocate, immobilise, prevent the exit of or have towed away any Vehicle where:
(a) there is an emergency;
(b) you breach these Conditions of Entry;
(c) the Vehicle is parked unlawfully, unsafely or obstructively;
(d) the Vehicle appears abandoned; or
(e) it is reasonably necessary for safety, security or efficient operation of the Car Park.
Towing of unauthorised vehicles:
14. A Vehicle may be treated as unauthorised or abandoned if it:
(a) is parked in breach of these Conditions of Entry;
(b) is parked outside permitted operating hours;
(c) is left in the Car Park for an extended period without consent; or
(d) presents a safety, security or operational risk.
15. By entering the Car Park, you acknowledge that these Conditions of Entry and any towing warning signage, form part of the terms on which parking is permitted at the Centre.
16. The Owner may arrange for the towing of any unauthorised or abandoned Vehicle without further notice, to the extent permitted by law. The Owner is not required to attempt to locate or notify the driver or owner of a Vehicle before arranging towing.
17. You are liable for all reasonable towing, storage and administration costs incurred, and the Owner is not responsible for the location or condition of the Vehicle once it has been towed.
18. Towing may be carried out by third party contractors engaged by the Owner.
19. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to a Vehicle arising from or in connection with towing, except to the extent caused by the Owner’s negligence.
20. You release the Owner from all claims arising out of the towing of a Vehicle in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, except to the extent caused by the Owner’s negligence.
Exclusion of liability:
21. To the full extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, personal injury or death occurring in or in connection with the Car Park, except to the extent caused by the Owner’s negligent act or omission.
Risk, Release and Indemnity
22. You indemnify the Owner against all claims, loss, damage, liability and expense arising from:
(a) your breach of these Conditions of Entry;
(b) your use of the Car Park; or
(c) any act or omission of you or your Vehicle,
except to the extent caused by the Owner’s negligence.
Privacy:
23. The Owner uses CCTV and other surveillance technologies (which may include body‑worn cameras used by security personnel) in and around the Car Park for safety, security, incident management, enforcement of these Conditions of Entry and compliance with law.
24. Personal information collected may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies, contractors, insurers and professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
25. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Owner’s Privacy Statement.
Interpretation
26. Owner includes the manager of the Centre, and its related bodies corporate, employees, servants, agents and subcontractors.
27. 'you' and 'your' means yourself.
28. Car Park means all property used for Vehicle access, parking or circulation at the Centre, including ramps, roadways, driveways, pedestrian areas, lifts and stairways.
Vehicle includes any motor vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle, scooter or similar conveyance.
